We are looking for a skilled PLC & Instrumentation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and modifying programs in Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLC systems. The engineer should also possess expertise in field instruments troubleshooting, calibration, and Yokogawa DCS systems. Additionally, the candidate will have experience in PLC & SCADA systems, managing individual shifts, and handling ISO documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and modify programs in Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLC systems.
- Perform troubleshooting and calibration of field instruments (e.g., flow, pressure, and temperature transmitters).
- Work with and troubleshoot Yokogawa DCS systems.
- Manage shift operations and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Provide ongoing support for PLC and SCADA systems.
- Handle ISO documentation for quality and safety compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or BE in Instrumentation Engineering.
- Experience: 4-6 years in:
- Rockwell Allen-Bradley PLC troubleshooting and program modifications.
- Field Instruments troubleshooting and calibration.
- Yokogawa DCS system experience.
- PLC & SCADA systems support.
- ISO documentation for instrumentation systems.
Skills:
- Solid understanding of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in DCS and field instruments calibration.
- Experience with SCADA systems and industrial automation.
- Ability to handle shift-based operations independently.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
Preferred:
- Additional experience with other PLC/DCS systems.
- Knowledge of safety systems and standards for instrumentation.
