Managing multiple branches through dedicated team of Branch Managers and Sales Managers ? Focus on increasing penetration and achieving market share targets for both 4W and 2W OEMs ? Achieving Agency recruitment, TA and productivity target for the state ? Responsible for achieving Top Line and Profitability targets for each location ? Increasing Renewal rate through close monitoring and necessary liaising with channel partners/Dealers. ? Managing and inspiring team to drive function’s objective. Driving team members for achievement of KPI’s ? High engagement with agents, Dealers & Channel partners through regular visit and other sales initiatives ?
