Job Description
We are looking for a Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites in Ahmedabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and construction activities.
- Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed as per schedule.
- Supervise the site and manage all technical aspects of construction work.
- Assist and support the Site Engineer/Project Engineer in the execution of work as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed at the site.
- Maintain site records and prepare daily progress reports.
- Verify materials received and ensure proper utilization.
- Identify and report site issues and support timely resolution.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, plans, and project requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer in the real estate/construction industry.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, and site execution.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
