Job Description: A Site Engineer for a high-rise residential project manages daily on-site construction operations. They translate architectural and structural designs into physical structures, ensuring that all framework, concrete work (RCC), and finishing activities are executed safely, to specification, and within established timelines and budgets. - Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, including excavation, foundation, and structural framework. Ensure adherence to strict line, level, and plumb requirements.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Monitor reinforcement (steel), shuttering, and concreting works. Inspect and test materials for structural integrity.
- Drawing Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings, relaying details to the workforce.
- Safety Compliance: Identify potential safety hazards, enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure site adherence to local building codes.




- Contractor Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to prevent scheduling bottlenecks and resolve technical disputes.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate daily progress reports (DPRs), record material usage, track manpower, and log site measurements before work is covered. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

Core Requirements
- Education & Experience: Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering with typically 3 to 8 years of hands-on experience in multi-story residential buildings.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using surveying instruments (total station, auto level) and structural understanding.
- Soft Skills: Robust leadership, problem-solving abilities, and cross-functional communication skills
