Salary: 7.2 LPA
Experience: 6–10 Years in Automobile Sales Experience Required
* Solid experience in team handling, branch operations, target achievement, and dealer/fleet sales
* Candidates with Commercial Vehicle / Passenger Vehicle dealership experience preferred
* Prior experience as Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager / Branch Sales Head will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
* Handle overall branch sales operations and achieve sales targets
* Lead and manage the sales team for better performance
* Develop retail and fleet sales business opportunities
* Maintain strong customer relationships and market presence
* Monitor enquiry conversion and branch profitability
* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and service teams
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities
