As the Plant Head with Lathe Machine Expertise, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations of our plant, with a strong focus on optimizing lathe machine processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide solid leadership and direction to the plant's production and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and safety.
• Lathe/Mill Machine Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of lathe machines to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and train and mentor machine operators.
• Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed industry standards.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control production costs, identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures without compromising product quality.
• Safety Compliance:



Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and repair activities for all machinery, including lathe machines, Mill to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop the plant's workforce, ensuring a skilled and motivated team.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on production, quality, and efficiency metrics, presenting findings to senior management.
• Software skills: Proficient in CADCAM 2D and AutoCAD 2D, skilled in creating precise 2D technical drawings and schematics for engineering and design projects.
