Job Description:

1. Roles & responsibilities:

- Responsible for Order fulfillment and on-time dispatch of orders by coordinating with sellers, category, operations team members
- Seller relationship management, building rapport and increasing business
- Periodic seller reviews to boost performance and identify improvement plans
- Ensuring availability and pricing on the platform, periodic reviews, and data-driven actions
- Driving seller initiatives on the platform to boost sales
- Responsible for timely resolution of all post-delivery customer complaints in best possible manner to maintain highest service standards

Who can apply:

- Education: MBA
- 3-10 years of Cements & TMT industry experience
- Solid analytical and data orientation, attention to detail
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work with and navigate multiple stakeholders for closures
