Role Summary:
We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee and coordinate all logistics activities, including e-commerce and offline shipments. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries and smooth operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage delivery scheduling and appointment bookings for platforms such as Amazon, Blinkit, Instamart, BigBasket, etc.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure on-time deliveries.
Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and provide status updates to the management team.
Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure proper packaging and labeling according to platform requirements.
Maintain records of deliveries and prepare weekly Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination (FMCG experience preferred).
Familiarity with e-commerce platform delivery requirements.
Robust coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency in Excel and basic reporting tools.
