- Educational Qualification – CA (desired ideally) also MBA Finance. Strict adherence to the same.
- Industry – HL, LAP, Mortgages background – experience in a mix of Affordable and Prime segments.
- Experience – Should have credit underwriting authority of up to 1-1.5Cr INR, able to handle avg. file flow of 175-200 per month from sales, Avg ROI – 10.50%
- Team – Will manage a mix of Credit Manager and Area Credit Managers in East Zone (Total 8-9)
- Should have experience in working in West Bengal and Odisha – Kolkata, Howrah/Hooghly area, Durgapur, 24 Parganas, Siliguri (WB) and Bhubaneswar, Cuutack, Rourkela (Odisha) along with Guwahati (Assam)
- NP – 60-90 Days
- Age – 37+ years for Gentlemen candidates ( Deviation allowed in case of valuable performance) and no age cap for Female candidates.
