Analysis radiation temp from thermography & accretion profile inside kiln. Maintain the coal distribution inside the kiln.
Experience in refractory application and solution in rotary kiln (coal based DRI) and ABC and DSC area & Active member of pollution monitoring team.
Monitoring the process parameter, and analysis radiation temp & accretion profile inside kiln. Maintain the coal distribution inside the kiln.
Experience in KILN operation work & maintenance work of Process.
Handling the shift & Control room.
Breakdown analysis of equipment .Planned Maintenance of equipment to minimize breakdown or failure tendency of it.
Preparing and implementing action plans effectively to maximize overall equipment efficiency of production machines.
Planning day to day production to achieve maximum production. Arranging, repairing and maintaining tools.
