Job Description: A Commercial Executive in a coal washery manages the intersection of operations, logistics, and finance. The role ensures that the processing of raw coal is profitable, timely, and compliant with contractual obligations, focusing on material flow, transporter coordination, and dispatch documentation. - Logistics & Dispatch: Oversee end-to-end transport of raw coal to the washery and washed coal distribution via road or rail/rake handling.
- Coal Field Coordination: Manage coal lifting operations at mines, railway sidings, and washery sites. Supervise joint and third-party coal sampling processes.
- Documentation & Billing: Handle commercial documents, including e-way bills, tax invoices, and quality analysis reports.
- Inventory Management: Reconcile raw coal, washed coal,



and reject stock records with physical plant inventory.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and present daily, monthly, or quarterly reports regarding market analysis, price trends, and target forecasting. [1, 2, 3]

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree (B.Com, B.Sc) or postgraduate qualifications (MBA, M.Com, M.Sc).
- Experience: Typically 3 to 8 years in the coal, steel, or power sector.
