Experience
Should have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in software development, at least 2 years of team management
Technical skills
(PHP core, Python,(MUST) ) Oops, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, PHP Framework, CSS/HTML 5, API Integration, Knowledge of ES6 concept, ASP.net C# and Core
Management skills
Should understand SDLC, Agile and Team Management
Others Scrum Master, PMP and MBA preferable
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to development teams.
- Set coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Lead technical planning, estimation, and risk management for projects. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software within budget and scope.
- Manage, assigning tasks based on skillsets and project needs.
- Actively participate in Agile meeting. Track progress and updates to stakeholders
