We Are Hiring Purchase Executive In Ahmedabad.

Job Title: Purchase Executive Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate potential vendors and suppliers.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms.

- Issue purchase orders and track deliveries.

- Maintain and update supplier database.

- Monitor inventory levels and reorder materials as needed.

- Ensure quality and compliance of goods received.

- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases and pricing.

- Prepare reports on purchases, costs, and vendor performance.

- Develop cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or in a similar role.

- Solid negotiation and communication skills.

- Knowledge of procurement software and MS Excel.

- Familiarity with supply chain procedures and vendor management.
