Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles, primarily in sales, marketing, and support teams.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.

Maintain consistent and qualified communication with candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to on boarding.

Support the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers, applicant data, and hiring metrics.

Provide regular reports and updates to the HR Manager and other stakeholders on recruitment progress and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.





1–3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting for sales and marketing roles.

Prior experience in a fast-paced or growth-focused organization.

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

Salary: 4 To 7.50 LPA

Office Time: (12:00 am – 9:00 pm) 5 days working
