Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction projects within the region.
- Enhance contractor capabilities and standardize project quality.
- Optimize construction costs by leveraging domain expertise.
- Manage project costs by overseeing material and labor on sites.
- Monitor and ensure comprehensive updates to the Project Management tool by contractors.
- Enforce adherence to SOPs related to the Project Management tool across sites.
- Handle escalations from site teams and contractors.
- Ensure prompt and accurate payments to all project stakeholders.
- Will have to manage around 40-50 Projects simultaneously

Requirements:

- Bachelors in Civil Engineering. (Tier1/2 Colleges)
- Minimum 12 years of experience managing end-to-end construction projects.
- Proficient in construction stages, contractor management, QA/QC, and project management.
- Proven ability to create and enforce SOPs.
- Previous experience in team management.
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in the local language. (Kannada, English, Hindi )
