Position: Store & Operations Manager

Location: Rajkot

Experience: 3 -5 YEARS

Responsibilities:

- End to end Store management.
- Auditing and Review the Stores as per the guidelines.
- Training & Coaching
- Local Store Marketing
- Data tracking & MIS
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
- Conduct operational audits to ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Implement corrective measures to address non-compliance issues.
- Monitor sales performance and billing activities for each restaurant.
- Implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local marketing initiatives.
- Implement promotions and activities to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide support and guidance to franchise partners for mutual success.
- Provide on-the-job training to restaurant staff.
- Ensure that team members are well-trained in customer service and operational procedures.




- Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience in assigned restaurants.
- Address customer feedback and implement improvements as needed.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for the successful implementation of recent products.
- Ensure proper training and promotion of new offerings.
- Track and analyze data related to operational and sales performance.
- Prepare comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports for the area.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 3.00 LPA
