Job Description

What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The HR Service Platform & Governance Lead will own the functional roadmap, workflow standards, and governance for HR ServiceNow and related platforms. Partner with IT and Service Excellence to align enhancements, automation, and digital experience improvements that optimize HR service delivery within a hybrid captiveMSP model.

This role will work in a global, evolving workplace where strong execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement are essential to delivering high-quality outcomes.

How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):

Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving workplace. You will:





- Define and maintain the HR ServiceNow functional roadmap and workflow standards in collaboration with IT.
- Govern enhancement prioritization, backlog management, and release readiness with Service Excellence and SDL teams.
- Oversee configuration, ticketing, and knowledge-base workflows to ensure consistent HR process execution.
- Monitor platform performance and user experience metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with MSP and captive teams to drive automation, case management, and self-service optimization.
- Ensure appropriate testing, training, and change coordination for functionality releases.
- Deliver high-quality work aligned to defined standards, timelines, and service expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to execute priorities effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability.
- Coach, guide, or influence team members and partners to build capability, improve execution, and reinforce a service-oriented culture.

Experience:

- ~7+ years of relevant experience with demonstrated ownership of processes, services, projects, platforms, or stakeholder outcomes.
- Experience operating in a global, matrixed, or process-driven environment.
- Experience leading ServiceNow or similar HR platform governance.
- Managed release cycles, enhancements, and optimization initiatives in a shared-services setting.
- Bachelors degree in HR, IT, or related field.

- Experience creating executive-ready materials, dashboards, process documentation, or stakeholder updates.
