- Installation & Commissioning of new equipment .

- To provide training for operational of the machine to the customers team.

- Handle customer complaints, determining the cause of the problem and provide appropriate solutions to solve the problem.

- Manage customer calls and resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media or onsite.

- To prepare report of every site complaints/call ,maintain daily report of service and submit to Manager.

- Generate spares parts leads

Qualification / Skill :

- Degree / Diploma in electrical with 2-3 Yrs. experience in related field or equivalent.

- Must have good technical knowledge & must be able to understand electrical drawing.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

- Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

- Valuable Verbal and written communication skill.

- Candidate should be Local.
