Role Summary

The Project Coordinator (Technical Operations) will be responsible for managing MS Fabricators and Installation Engineers, ensuring site readiness, coordinating execution activities, and delivering LED display projects within timelines while maintaining quality standards.

KRA: Task / Activities

- Coordinate with MS Fabricators and Installation Engineers for project execution
- Ensure site readiness before installation activities
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Manage daily operations and track project progress
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, logistics, technical)
- Handle client communication for updates and issue resolution
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance at project sites
- Maintain documentation and reporting of project status
- Troubleshoot on-site challenges and escalate when required

KPI: Performance Metrics

- On-time project completion rate




- Site readiness compliance before execution
- Quality of installation and minimal rework
- Client satisfaction score
- Efficiency in coordinating teams and resolving issues
- Adherence to project timelines and budgets

- Strong project coordination and execution skills
- Knowledge of fabrication and installation processes
- Valuable communication and team management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic technical understanding of electrical/LED systems
- MS Excel & reporting skills

Preferred skills

- Experience in LED display / signage industry
- Knowledge of site operations and vendor management
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD / technical drawings
- Experience in field coordination
