Job Description:

- Machine Operation:

- Operate various production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Set up, adjust, and monitor machine parameters to ensure optimal performance and product quality.

- Load and unload raw materials and finished products from machines.

- Assembly and Fitting :

- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

- Assemble and fit mechanical components and systems with precision.

- Ensure proper alignment and functionality of assembled parts.

- Quality Control:

- Conduct routine quality inspections of products at various stages of production.

- Identify and report any defective products or machinery issues to the supervisor.

- Make necessary adjustments to maintain product specifications.

- Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment (e.g., cleaning, lubrication, minor adjustments).

- Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues.

- Report major machine faults or breakdowns to the maintenance department.
