They manage digital campaigns, social media, and traditional advertising while coordinating with sales teams to drive property viewings and close sales. Key Responsibilities

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote properties and increase brand awareness.
- Digital Marketing: Manage social media, website content, email marketing, SEO, and PPC campaigns to generate leads.
- Property Marketing: Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and property videos.
- Market Research: Analyze housing market trends, competitor activity, and target audiences to identify recent opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute promotional events, open houses,



and property launches.
- Reporting: Track campaign performance, ROI, and provide analytics reports to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and support lead generation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing, with 2-5+ years in the real estate sector strongly preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in CRM software, social media management, content creation, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, creativity, and project management skills.
