- Strategic Sourcing & Procurement: Oversee procurement of ferrous/non-ferrous materials, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with suppliers.
- Logistics & Distribution: Manage end-to-end logistics, including raw material inward and finished goods dispatch, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Inventory Optimization: Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages, manage warehouse operations, and align with production schedules.
- Cost Management: Drive cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements, ensuring competitive pricing and profitability.
- Leadership & Technology: Lead the supply chain team,



implement ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs). Required Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: 15+ years in SCM, with solid experience in steel procurement, manufacturing, or heavy fabrication.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of steel procurement, machining processes, and logistical systems.
- Leadership: Strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills to manage diverse teams. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Supplier on-time delivery rate
