Understanding technical drawings and specifications to create appropriate CNC programs.
CNC Programming:
Writing, editing, and optimizing CNC programs (often in languages like G-code) to control machine movements and operations.
Machine Setup and Operation:
Setting up CNC machines, selecting appropriate tools, and ensuring proper machine parameters.
Quality Control:
Performing quality checks on parts produced by the CNC machine to ensure they meet specified dimensions and tolerances.
Troubleshooting:
Identifying and resolving issues with CNC programs or machine operations.
Collaboration:
Working with engineers, operators, and other team members to optimize production processes and address challenges.
Maintenance and Training:
Performing routine maintenance on CNC machines and potentially training new operators or programmers.
Material and Tool Selection:
Choosing the right cutting tools and materials for specific jobs.
Staying Current:
Keeping up-to-date with the latest CNC programming technologies and best practices.




Skills Required:
