Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of experience (preferably from a CA firm/consulting setup).

- Robust knowledge of Indian accounting and compliance.

- Proven leadership and multitasking skills across client accounts.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Business Support Services engagements and oversee client delivery for outsourced accounting functions.

- Responsibilities include MIS Reporting, statutory and tax compliance, payroll, and audit support.

- Manage client relationships and ensure service quality.

- Mentor and develop a high-performing team.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Companies Act, etc.
