Job Description:

We are looking for a Manager – DP Operations to oversee and manage depository-related activities in compliance with SEBI, NSDL/CDSL, and stock exchange regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DP operations, compliance, securities transactions, and risk management within a stock broking firm.

Key Responsibilities:
Depository Operations & Transaction Processing
✅ Manage Securities Pay-In and Pay-Out process efficiently.
✅ Execute off-market share transfers (buy/sell), pledge, unpledge, and repledge setups.
✅ Handle dematerialization, rematerialization, reset, and confiscation of securities.
✅ Ensure accurate DIS (Delivery Instruction Slips) punching, submission, and upload as per regulatory guidelines.
✅ Knowledge of CDAS and DP files processing for smooth transaction flow. Compliance & Regulatory Reporting
✅ Ensure full compliance with CDSL/NSDL daily, weekly, and yearly regulatory requirements.
✅ Oversee KYC, CKYC, and Re-KYC (REKYC) procedures to ensure adherence to SEBI norms.
✅ Maintain proper records and reports for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
✅ Liaise with regulatory bodies (CDSL/NSDL, SEBI) for timely resolution of compliance matters.



Risk Management & Process Improvement
✅ Ensure error-free transaction processing and resolve discrepancies promptly.
✅ Monitor DP system workflows to mitigate operational risks.
✅ Work closely with IT and operations teams to enhance DP system automation and efficiency.
✅ Train and guide the DP operations team to ensure a smooth workflow and process adherence.

Qualifications & Experience:
 Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
 Certification: NISM Series VI (Depository Operations) – Mandatory
 Experience: 5-10 years in DP operations within a stock broking firm.
 Technical Skills: Proficiency in CDSL/NSDL DP systems, CDAS, and back-office software.
 Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEBI regulations, DP files, compliance, and reporting
requirements.
