Job Description:

Experience in inhouse software development with node js, implementation of erp etc in large infrastructure setting

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, maintain store hygiene and stock levels, and lead the team to achieve business targets.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise overall store operations including sales, inventory, and staff performance.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

- Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs.

- Manage stock levels, stock ordering, and inventory accuracy.

- Handle daily cash flow, billing, and POS operations.

- Train, schedule, and manage store staff to ensure smooth workflow.

- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.





- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualification & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail, or related field.

- Experience in FMCG, apparel, electronics, supermarket, or similar industries preferred.
