Job Summary

Candidate is responsible for the overall production. He oversees the entire production of bespoke and readymade line and coordinates to ensure smooth functioning between buyers, stores and production units.

Reporting To: Partner

Job Responsibility

- He ensures that the quality and timelines are met.
- He is responsible for the overall production planning of the bespoke and Readymade section
- He ensures that the overall production is balanced for the target output & productive productivity
- Responsible for Line balancing
- Responsible for Maintenance of the machine
- Responsible for cost control of different department within the factory.
- He coordinates with the buyers/ stores and sort out any quality issues.
- Negotiate best cost with vendors




- He ensures that the work safety and welfare of the employees.
- He inspires unit employees for better work and better motivation
- Ensure timely delivery & optimise consumption
- Responsible for factory compliance
- Responsible for the stores tailoring department
- Must work with tailoring Mentor and manage the front line tailoring department

Mandatory Skills

- Minimum 5-6 years In debt knowledge in pattern making
- tailoring process and well verse in QC

Industry: Experience in garment Manufacturing Industry with hand on experience in production and Production Planning.
