Job Description:

Position: Store Executive

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 5 - 7 Years

Industries: Pharma

Responsibilities:

- Coordination with Sales, Operation and Customer Service Teams
- Coordination with Production, Finance, sales, and customer support teams for approval to initiate the manufacturing and delivery date working.
- Raw material and other Bom material Follow up with Purchase Department
- Day to Day Dispatch Planning with complete paperwork
- Give exact idea to Production about Delivery Date’s and customer requirements
- Monitoring stores day to day activity of all division
- Inventory Management of all engineering RM
- Taking Perpetual Inventory on daily basis and stock audit annually
- Maintaining Data for product Costing with Costing Team
- Keeping a Complete Customer PO track which are pending to dispatch and dispatch done.
- Coordinating with Production/Assembly dept. for new orders to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.




- Arrange Transportation for shipment delivery or courier for dispatch.
- Authorize signature in Gate pass (Returnable Material and Non -Returnable Material),
- Material Requisitioner Slip, Exit Pass for Store Person.
- Handle supply chain activities and maintaining inventory as per, machine plan for related job and dispatch
- Any other work assigned by HOD as per company requirement
