We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to support the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects in our chemical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a recent graduate or have up to 3 years of experience in project execution within the chemical, petrochemical, or process industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing chemical plant projects (e.g., plant expansions, equipment installations, process upgrades).
- Work with cross-functional teams (process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, HSE) to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and review engineering drawings, P&IDs;, equipment layouts, and technical documents.
- Support procurement by preparing technical specifications and evaluating vendor offers.
- Monitor project progress, track timelines, and assist with budget management.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other external agencies.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project reviews and audits.
