Job Description:

Job Summary

The Company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2 to 4 years of experience to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant interfaces.

You will work closely with product managers and developers to design user journeys, create prototypes, and ensure high-quality implementation of design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver user-centered interfaces for web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Adobe XD and Figma.
• Collaborate closely with product and development teams to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve overall user experience.




• Maintain consistency in design systems, UI components, and brand identity across platforms.
• Apply solid UX principles, typography, and color theory to enhance usability and visual appeal.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Proficiency in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, typography, and color theory.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and problem-solving approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
