Job Description: An Accountant manages and reports a company's financial health by recording transactions, preparing statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet), managing budgets, handling payroll/taxes, and analyzing data to ensure compliance and support strategic decisions for efficiency, profitability, and growth, requiring high integrity and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and commentaries.
- Data Management: Record financial transactions, maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and ensure data accuracy.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and GAAP; prepare and file tax returns.

- Analysis & Strategy: Analyze financial data, identify risks, suggest cost savings, and advise management on financial strategy.

- Operations: Oversee payroll, manage cash flow, handle accounts payable/receivable, and review business records.
