Key Responsibilities:
 Design, develop, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for key
stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
 Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports using Excel and Power
BI for better data visualization and decision-making.
 Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support
business strategies.
 Develop customized templates and reports for different business units within the
organization.
 Monitor KPIs, prepare variance reports, and provide actionable insights to senior
management.
 Provide support for ad-hoc reporting and data analysis as needed.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to
streamline reporting processes and enhance data accessibility.
 Maintain and improve the integrity of the database systems and ensure accurate
data flow.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
 Educational Qualification:



Graduation in any discipline; MBA or equivalent is a
plus.
 Experience: 3-7 years of experience in an MIS role, ideally within the Banking,
NBFC, or FinTech sectors.
 Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, macros, pivot tables, etc.).
 Hands-on experience in developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Experience in creating and managing templates for reporting and performance
tracking.

 Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present data
insights effectively to senior leadership.
 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple reporting deadlines
simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
 Previous experience in Banking, NBFC, or FinTech sectors will be highly
preferred.
 Experience with other BI tools or advanced Excel techniques (VBA, Power
Query, etc.).
 Knowledge of SQL or other database management systems is a plus.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
