Job Title: Exim Manager
Location: Navi Mumbai
Industry: Export Jewellery / Gems & Jewellery
Experience: 5+ years in export-import operations, preferably in the jewellery or manufacturing sector

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Exim Manager to handle end-to-end export-import operations, including customs clearance, DGFT liaison, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The candidate should have a robust understanding of international trade regulations, especially in the gems & jewellery industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete EXIM documentation for exports and imports, including shipping bills, invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with customs, freight forwarders, and CHA for timely clearance
- Handle DGFT-related matters such as EPCG, Advance Authorisation,



and filing of applications
- Maintain export-related MIS, tracking shipments, and documentation filing
- Liaise with banks for export documentation and realization tracking
- Stay updated on trade policies, customs duties and compliance requirements

Requirements:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in EXIM operations; jewellery export experience preferred with MS Office proficiency
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, DGFT policies, and export documentation
- Good communication, coordination & laisioning skills
