Job Description:

Must have skill:

• Responsible for piping activities & Erection activities as per P&ID;, ISO & GA drawing
• Responsible for the erection of equipment like Chiller, Boiler, Reactors, Cooling tower, ANFD,
Centrifuge, ETP & RO unit.
• Responsible for commissioning activities & pre start up activities: Pneumatic/ Hydro as per process
requirement.
• Responsible for the clearance of vendor bill.
• Responsible for MOC, PSSR & HAZOP activities.
• Responsible to keep machine health by proper planning and development of the Preventive,
Predictive maintenance schedule and its proper execution as per the laid safety standards of the
group.
• Driving the maintenance services to ensure the smoothness off all equipment’s by effectively &
minimum down time.
• Cost saving by reducing utility load.
• To carry out preventive, breakdown, predictive and corrective maintenance / Utilities activities as per
schedule.
• Utility equipment health monitoring
• Coordinated with vendors and arranged necessary supplies
• Reduction of inventory by standardization and interchangeability of spares.
• Ensure waste minimization.
• Responding for AMC of Equipments.




• Planning & executing shut down activities of all rotatory & static equipment’s.
• Spares management, PR/PO, material Indenting, procurement, inspection of spares and inventory
controls.

• Maintaining daily record of utility consumption.
• Introduce continuous improvement practices to boost the plant productivity.
• Cost monitoring, generating monthly reports related to utility services.
• Modification in system as per process requirement & Energy saving
• Initiated for utility related energy conservation by modifying different systems and achieved energy
conservation
• Energy saving by chiller system modification.
• Energy saving by compressed Air system leakage arresting system
• Reduced equipment costs by adopting proper preventive schedule as well as ‘in house development
of spares.’

Documentation Work:

• Breakdown Entry in QMS, Logbook, and maintain shift schedule.
• Incident and Investigation report and also CAPA and RCA.
• Maintain CAPA, WHY-WHY Analysis, and History Card.
• Maintain Documentation regarding to ISO, cGMP.
• Prepare Daily and Monthly Report of Oil Consumption, Cost Break Up, Store Consumption.
