Basic Function

Responsible for booking/cancelling and amending air, car, hotel, limo, ferry and any other travel related customer query received via emails or phones

Qualifying criteria

• Resources with Travel process experience who quality as B1-5 & above on CEF assessment can be showcased to the Operations Team

• Candidate shall have an expenience of at least 2 year in travel industry.

Education requirement

• Graduation

Work experience requirement

• Good fare/travel knowledge along with GDS expenience | Sabre, Gotles preferablet it candidate has travel background

• GDS as well as travel booking on GDS experience preterred

• Flexible with rotational shift timings

• Valuable communication skills

- Routing Scenario (Eg: Give any 3-4 airports and ask candidate to prepare a logical route)

- Airlines Hubs, Major Airlines

- Difference between Stop-over & Connection

- Difference between Direct & Indirect Flight

- Difference between Re-issuance & Re-validation

- Difference between OSI & SSR Remarks

- GDS Commands like:

• How to pull availability between specific city pair

• Price an itinerary

• Fare rules
