Job Description:

We are hiring a Client Coordinator in Ahmedabad.

Location: Sargasan, Gandhinagar

Position: Client Coordinator
Qualification: B.Com/M.Com
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Gender: Male/Female can apply

Key Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely solutions.
2. Manage client data and financial records using advanced Excel tools, including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
3. Ensure proper compliance with GST and TDS regulations, including filing and reporting.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
5. Update and manage financial transactions using Tally.
6. Generate and analyze financial reports to assist in decision-making processes.
7. Maintain effective communication with clients,



addressing their needs and ensuring follow-ups.
8. Assist in audits and ensure proper documentation of financial data.
9. Stay updated on financial and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
10. Perform other administrative tasks as required to support business operations.

Key Skills:

- Advanced Excel (HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Tally ERP
