Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting market research and analyse trends to identify opportunities.
- Leading and coordinating cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Developing and planning a product roadmap aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
- Overseeing the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and production.
- Ensuring product designs meet quality, durability, and usability standards.
- Partnering with sourcing and procurement teams to identify and manage suppliers and manufacturers.
- Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Managing stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on product progress and milestones.
- Business development and category management.

Qualification

- Master Degree in Product Design and Development
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Engineering,



Business Administration, or a related field

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in the houseware industry, with a minimum of 10 years in new product development.
- Stay updated on emerging materials, technologies, and market trends in the houseware industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to build robust relationships
- Flexibility and adaptability to different cultures and environments
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) and familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of insulation, injection moulding, paint, printing (foil, hot stamp, pad, screen), Thermo-plastic.
