1) Design process flow chart, SOP and work flow and make sure it is communicated with skilled and
unskilled workers.
2) Plan out assembly and packaging activity in coordination with production and planning
department
3) Focus on zero rejection
4) Co-ordinate with inter department
5) Research and optimization
6) Operations, performance and other required reports and its documentation
7) Manage the team efficiently
8) Development of all necessary tools for ease in assembling (ex. Jigs, fixtures etc.)
