Job Description:

Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Accounts Executive who understands the nuances of manufacturing entities and can handle daily bookkeeping, GST, TDS, taxation, and compliance filings.
You’ll work closely with management and auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain daily financial entries in Tally (purchase, sales, receipts, payments, journal entries)
- Handle vendor payments, expense tracking, and petty cash
- Prepare trial balance, P&L;, and balance sheet reports periodically

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns (regular & casual GST)
- Handle TDS deductions, payments, and return filings
- Support Professional Tax and Income Tax workings and compliance
- Coordinate with CA for statutory filings, audits, and reconciliations

Manufacturing Operations

- Manage inventory accounting and coordinate with production for stock reconciliation
- Record and track job work entries, raw material consumption, and finished goods movement




- Maintain records for inter-branch or warehouse transfers

Financial Reporting

- Generate periodic MIS reports for management
- Track receivables and payables
- Support annual budgeting and cost analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com / M.Com)
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting (preferably in manufacturing or FMCG setup)
- Proficient in Tally, Excel, and accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, and Income Tax compliance
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and good with documentation

Good to Have

- Experience with Shopify / Amazon reconciliation and e-commerce sales entries
- Familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management tools
- Ability to support month-end and year-end closing independently
