Job Description:

Position: Electrical Head

Location: Silvassa

Experience: 4 - 5 Years

Industries: Packaging

Responsibilities:

- Lead the electrical maintenance team and manage daily maintenance activities.
- Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of all electrical systems.
- Review electrical system performance and plan reliability improvement measures.
- Ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
- Manage breakdown analysis using RCA, MTTR, MTBF.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for service and project work.
- Manage energy optimization projects across plant operations.
- Support automation projects and PLC/SCADA-related activities.
- Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor cost control.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Electrical

Salary: - Upto 7.00 LPA
