Job Description: We are urgently hiring for the position of Accounts Payable for a leading CA firm located in Mumbai(Malad).

Accounts Payable:

- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner(Invoice Booking).
- Ensure proper approval of invoices before processing payments
- Process payments and maintain vendor records.Coordination with various vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies(Vendor Reconcilation).
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes, Tax Compliance,Audit Compliance.
- Assist in month-end closing and accruals related to payables.

Qualifications:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Oracle Knowledge would be added advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
