Job Description:

We are looking for a Product Manager with a robust foundation in software product development and a deep understanding of the vehicle manufacturing or mobility ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring creative, tech-driven ideas to life—bridging the gap between mobility software platforms and real-world transport solutions.

Experience in IoT, shared mobility, or connected vehicle technologies is highly desirable. If not, candidates must demonstrate proven success in a well-recognized company, ideally similar to OLA, Uber, Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit, or any other mobility-tech firms.

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development of cutting-edge products that serve both business and customer needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in IoT or shared mobility domains. However, if not, proven product leadership experience at a well-known or high-growth technology company is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and evolve the product roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Define product requirements based on in-depth research, user feedback, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven insights.




- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
- Act as the voice of the customer to ensure product-market fit.
- Coordinate go-to-market strategy with marketing and business development teams.
- Analyze and monitor product performance to identify areas of improvement.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3-5 years of product management experience in a tech-driven environment.
- Experience in IoT, shared mobility, or connected hardware ecosystems is a strong plus.
- If not, must have experience at a well-recognized or fast-scaling company.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, or Product board.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and user-focused design.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
- Background in software development or engineering is a plus.
- Knowledge of data privacy, connectivity protocols, or mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) platforms is beneficial.

*Working Hours/ Office Timings: 10.30 AM - 8 PM (Monday to Friday)
