The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring optimal plant performance, efficiency, and reliability while maintaining the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Plant Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize plant availability.

- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and training to ensure skill development.

- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

- Capital Projects: Plan, execute,



and monitor mechanical-related capital projects.

- Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage departmental budgets and optimize expenses.

- Quality Control: Ensure quality standards are met in maintenance and repair activities.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate with vendors for procurement of mechanical equipment and services.

- Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve mechanical issues impacting production.
