- Troubleshooting run time breakdowns, maintenance.
- SOP revisions & updating.
- Rejection elimination.
- Knowledge of VMC machines & operations.
- Knowledge of VMC programming ,Saving , Hibbing and Setting.
- Maintaining proper tooling & instruments for maintaining the standards in manufacturing.
- Coordination with production managers & team leaders during customer audits/quality audits.
- Responsible for 5s & TPM
- Implementation for suggestion & kaizens.
- Being a safety committee member, responsible for safety in the shift.
