Job Description

- Performed employee onboarding, including verification of personal identification, education, employment history and background checks, as well as identifying falsified credentials.
Coordinate with the Company’s Business HRs to address any issue arises during verification process, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all data while facilitating a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires.
- Overseeing the daily HR ops activities of the HR department
- Leading HR operations activity from onboarding through to offboarding (including managing the communication of employee benefits package, identifying opportunities for process improvement, exit interviews, and analysis of data)




- Ensuring compliance with all pre-employment checks
- Managing HR operations and management and Compliance
- Ensuring employee records are maintained accurately in line with data privacy regulations
- Implementing current company policies
- Developing an innovative and impactful operations function
- Working on HR processes, policies, and technologies
- Management of all internal HR systems (including HRIS)
- Occasionally supporting the Senior Leadership Team with ad hoc requests
