- The Planning Executive will be responsible for production scheduling, material coordination, and on-time order execution. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to coordinate effectively between departments such as sales, production, and dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans based on sales and export orders.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor work progress, update management on delivery schedules, and identify bottlenecks.
- Analyze order priorities and ensure material availability before production.
- Maintain planning MIS, reports, and data accuracy.
- Communicate proactively with sales and customer service teams regarding order status.

- Strong planning and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up habits.
- Proactive, systematic, and responsible approach to work.
- Good analytical ability and time management.
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma / MBA (Operations or Production preferred).
- Experience: 2–5 years in Planning or Coordination role (preferably in Packaging / Manufacturing industry).
- Tools: MS Excel, ERP systems, or production planning software knowledge preferred.
