Job Description:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, product managers, and IT teams, to gather
and document business requirements for new systems, software applications, or process
improvements.
• Analyze current banking processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks,
and areas for optimization. Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer
experience.
• Review and analyze banking data, such as customer transaction data, account information, and
financial performance metrics. Use data insights to support decision-making, identify trends, and
recommend business strategies.
• Assist product managers in developing and launching current banking products and services by
conducting market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies.
• Ensure that banking processes and systems comply with relevant industry regulations, legal
requirements, and internal policies. Keep track of regulatory changes and update business processes
accordingly.
