Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to act as a leader for our agile teams. Your mission is to foster a self-organizing, high-performing environment by removing impediments, facilitating key ceremonies, and coaching the team (and the wider organization) on Agile values and the Scrum framework.

- Apply Scrum and Agile principles to guide team processes.
- Plan deliverables and monitor project performance
- Resolve issues or conflicts that hinder team effectiveness
- Ensure all parties (team, Product Owner, stakeholders) are informed and
collaborating
- Host regular meetings: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives
- Coach team on Agile engineering practices and continuous integration
- Maintain product backlog with Product Owner
- Track and communicate project metrics (burn-down charts, progress reports).
- Drive improvements in team productivity and morale.
