Desired Qualification: Law Graduate / Postgraduate in Law
Desired Real Estate (Litigation) Experience: 1 - 5 years PQE
Must possess experience in working with law firms in Mumbai with ability to work in a
team and individually, and keenness to learn and share knowledge.
KRA:
o Drafting of pleadings, applications, and legal notices.
o Familiarity with briefing senior counsel and assisting in court proceedings.
Ability to conduct legal research and prepare case notes.
