Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Civil with a strong background in industrial/manufacturing plant construction. The ideal candidate should be proactive, execution-focused, and capable of ensuring timely completion of site activities while providing regular progress updates. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows up on work, and gets things done efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil and structural construction activities as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor site progress and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work with proper follow-up.
- Maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site photographs, measurements, and related documentation.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure work is executed as per specifications.




- Ensure safety norms and compliance are followed at the site.
- Coordinate material availability and manpower planning.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing plant projects is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of RCC, foundations, masonry, flooring, finishing, and structural works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Strong coordination, communication, and execution skills.
- Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of taking regular follow-ups until work is completed.
- Willingness to work full-time at the project site.
